Fully functioning tea pot, all the large tubes are hollow. Thrown on the wheel then altered. Props go to my friend Kevin for teaching me how to throw donuts.

Wow! This is very cool! Nicely detailed. I'm guessing large pipe cleaners as to how to clean it? Whatever....You did a fine job on this! :pat: Love it!

Thank you everyone for the comments I've gotten! To answer a few questions,
1. Yes, it is a pain to clean but not impossible.
2. I have no idea how you would actually brew tea in it, I just make tea and then funnel it in and then use it. It really is just to make me feel fancy =)
3. The handle is solid so when the tea is hot inside, it stays cool enough to poor through.
4. Sorry but it is impossible to describe in words how donuts are made on the wheel but I'm sure its somewhere online. A tip though would be to let them dry significantly before altering them or attaching them to other parts, and to attach them by wetting the edges with vinegar.
Thanks again to all the wonderful comments and for the Daily Deviation!

What a coincidence! My name is Kevin and I throw pottery! Though I've never been good at doughnuts. I need more practice in doing that (though I'd need to get access to a pottery studio again). Though I always did want to make a doughnut tea pot, and at first glance it looks great. Love glaze on it as well. One day, I hope to be able to make something half as good as what you got here.
